Preseason maintenance and service is a scheduled annual program of planned maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. The primary goal of preventative maintenance is to prevent the failure of equipment before they actually fail. Preseason maintenance and service activities include equipment checks, partial or complete overhauls at specified periods, oil changes, lubrication and so on. To ensure completion by harvest, request a preseason as soon as possible.
Custom Ag Service places a strong emphasis on servicing what we sell. Our service technicians handle everything from new dryer installation to servicing your existing equipment and everything in between. Be sure to inquire about our preseason service as well as our signature 24/7 harvest season service.
Custom Ag Service is here to service your grain dryer needs but sometimes a few simple tricks can keep your equipment running better and keep your service bills to a minimum.
If you need more technical assistance with your Farm Fan dryer please call our service department at 320-226-0999.
If your older Farm Fans dryer burner will not light, or will light and the dryer shuts right off and the gas supply is turned on, inspect the condition of the flame switch wire, flame switch, and spark plug. Replace parts as needed. ALWAYS check for lose wires!
